We would require a 25% deposit on booking with the balance with 2 weeks from arrival date or 50% Deposit with balance on arrival. Security Deposit: A Euro200 security deposit will be required on arrival, which will be refunded on departure after final inspection has revealed no losses or damages to the apartment or fittings and also to cover if any balances of payments due. Cancellation Policy For cancellations more than 120 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of Euro50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of two nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. No hen or stag parties are permitted in the property, any such activity will lead to immediate eviction and forfeit of any paid fees. No rowdy, noisy or rough behavior is acceptable, especially after 23.00 - failure to co-operate will lead to immediate eviction without refund. (DKON-T24265)
