All our rates are quoted in Euro. A deposit of 25% (bank transfer) of the total bill for your stay will be due within 6 business days from the date shown on your Preliminary Booking Confirmation. The full balance (cash only) will be due upon arrival at the time of checking in. A damage deposit of €400 will also be levied at the time of checking in. This deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the apartment before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, remote controls etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles.
