At the back of the house is a south facing swimming pool (14x26 feet) and barbecue area, with enough space for outside dining and sunbathing. An internal stone staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor comprises of 2 bedrooms, both with single beds, 1 with shower ensuite and the other with bath ensuite, There are 2 nicely sized balconies on the first floor, one at the front ,with lovley views, and one at the back.
