Villa Highnoon situated in a peaceful valley known as Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. This complex is split into two parts: Upper Highnoon & Lower Highnoon, where each part consists of a 3-bedroom apartment with its own entrance, terraces and private facilities. The occupants of both parts of the Villa have exclusive use of the large well maintained swimming pool. If you want to accommodate a large group (max 14 person), you may rent out both Upper & Lower Highnoon together. This will enable you to have the whole villa privately to yourselves including the exclusive use of a private swimming pool. Villa Highnoon is located just 5 minutes walking distance from Mellieha village center where you will have access to all amenities including several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, bakery, fish shop, and pharmacies with doctor in attendance daily. Mellieha Bay (largest sandy beach on the island) is just 10 minutes by walk. From the villa you can easily reach the island of Gozo since the Gozo Ferry terminal is just 3km away. All rooms are well furnished and pleasing. The fitted kitchens are fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. An electric iron, fans and a weekly linen service are provided free of charge. Each of the upper/lower apartments consist of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-room and kitchen/dining. Extra bedding, cots, baby chairs and air conditioning or heating units can also be provided on request. Each Upper/Lower Highnoon has a private telephone line and Satellite TV.
