It is situated in the peaceful and elite village of ghasri, right in the middle of the valley, surrounded by hills and lovely countryside. Six out of the seven bathrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and optional air-conditioning. There is a large outdoor pool, and being south facing, there is at least 12 hours sunshine daily. The pool deck is fully equipped with at least 14 sun-beds, a large barbeque , and several sun umbrellas. There is an optional heated indoor pool, a very unique feature found in any gozo farmhouse. Upon arrival in mgarr harbour in gozo drive through victoria & exit victoria on the road towards ghasri. Pass underneath an arch, part of an old aquadact, and on roundabout turn right. Approx 300 meters from roundabout, you pass in front of ghasri church and immediately after you pass in front of lighthouse supermarket on your right. For approx 100 meters, you pass fields on both side, then you come to some residences, mainly on your right. You pass again some fields on both sides , until you come to a y-section and on your right, there is a very small sign "il-fanal". Go to your right for approx 200 meters, passing in front of several residences, until you come to a large holiday resort, il-villagg tal-fanal on your left. opposite from this resort is triq il-maxrabija. Go inside this street and the farmhouse is located on your right, 3 properties from the end of this street. Payment Policy All Rates are in Euros.Rates are Subject to Change without Prior Notice. List dates and number of persons to request prices for the high season. A deposit equivalent to 25% of the total letting is due to secure booking. The deposit has to be received within 10 working days from confirmation of temporary reservation. Balance of holiday letting plus refundable deposit has to be received before 30 days from commencement of letting.
