Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer. Preferred balance payment methods are by cash on arrival. Property should be kept clean and tidy after departure. Changeover day is flexible. Strictly no smoking except outdoors. LATE ARRIVALS AT PROPERTY AFTER 21.00pm, weekends and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT OF a €30 CHARGE. Ask for other rates if group size is 4 or less. Cancellation Policy For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent.
