Malta's largest sandiest beach 'Mellieha Bay' is a 20 minute walk along coastal paths and there is also good sea bathing with a small beach, 15 minute walk away. Villa 'Sunny Side' commands country and sea views and has it's own adult (L 30ft x W 15ft) and children's pool set in a private garden. It is fully furnished to high standard and offers a large family the opportunity of holidaying together whilst affording a large degree of privacy. The main floor of this villa is comprised of four large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. The villa is surrounded by a terrace leading to the pool area which is equipped with sun loungers, BBQ, outdoor dining area with shading and an outdoor shower and toilet. On the lower ground one will also find two en-suite bedrooms (no internal access) for the larger families.
