Balluta is enhanced further by the traditional external stone stairs that is at the pool area and leads to the bedrooms terrace. Balluta is very near to country walks, to the Azure Window, Inland Sea, Fungus Rock, Dwejra Tower, Ta` Pinu Basilica, San Dimitri Chapel, restaurants, supermarkets and Ta` Dbiegi Crafts Village.On entering the house from the main door there is a hallway that leads you to the sitting area with sofas and with multilingual TV, dining table and chairs and kitchen. At the hallway there are 2 separate doors to the pool area. Also at the hallway there is an internal spiral stone staircase which takes you up to the roof terrace for sightseeing of the village. Halfway going up the stairs of the spiral staircase there is a door which leads you to the bedrooms terrace. At the kitchen there is a door leading to a shaded outdoor dining area and to the swimming pool with sunbathing area plus built-in barbecue.At the pool area there is a shower room with toilet and sink. At the pool area there is an outdoor shower head. At the bedrooms terrace there are the following bedrooms: Double bedroom (1 double bed) with en suite bathroom and over bath shower.Twin bedroom (2 single beds) with an en suite bathroom and over bath shower. Double bedroom (1 double bed) with old traditional stone balcony overlooking the street and village surroundings.At this same floor of the bedrooms terrace there is a bench to sit on and you can look onto the pool area through the big arched window. At the bedrooms terrace there is a doorway that connects to the spiral staircase that leads you up the roof terrace which can also be reached from the ground floor. EACH bedroom got a ceiling fan.
